 Meet Kimberley the Witch

Kimberley the Witch is a young girl who lives in a small seaside town called Paignton. Where the waves whisper secrets and the wind carries the scent of salt and summer.

But Kimberley hasn’t always lived by the sea.

Some years ago, by a twist of fate and a sprinkle of luck, she managed to escape from Witch Land—a cold, dark place where witches are expected to be cruel and heartless. Kimberley was never like that. Even in Witch Land, she had a kind heart and a curious spirit. When the chance came to run, she took it… and never looked back.

Now, she spends her days sitting quietly under a big, shady tree near the shoreline, watching the other boys and girls laughing and playing together. She wishes, more than anything, to join them—to be part of their games, their secrets, their adventures.

But Kimberley is a witch… and the other children are afraid of witches.

No matter how kind or gentle she tries to be, they keep their distance. Some whisper about her in fear. Others shout mean things and run away. It hurts Kimberley deeply, though she tries not to show it. Inside, she feels very, very lonely.

What they don’t know is that Kimberley is not like the witches in their stories. She is kind. She is brave. And she would make the most wonderful friend—someone who would protect you from bullies, help you find your way if you were lost, and take you on magical adventures through moonlit meadows and enchanted forests.

But there’s one thing Kimberley fears more than being alone.

Mr. Dexter.

Mr. Dexter is a fearless witch hunter. He roams the land with one mission: to find Kimberley and banish her back to Witch Land, where he believes she belongs. He doesn’t care that she’s kind or gentle. He sees only what he wants to see—a witch.

So Kimberley hides, keeping to the shadows and out of sight. She longs for a day when she won’t have to run. A day when someone—just one person—might give her a chance. A true friend.

Because if that ever happened, Kimberley knows that together, they could face anything—even Mr. Dexter.

And maybe, just maybe, change the way the world sees witches forever.
